Sundays 5.30 -7pm NEWQUAY TAI CHI CHUAN
1st Newquay Scout Hall, Trenarth Road, Newquay
Squad training is on offer Sundays 4.30 - 5.30 once a month providing there are groups of eight or over. This is not for the faint hearted and is heavy training, full contact sparring, body conditioning and stamina circuit training. Only train in this session if you are fully fit, there is no let up! Students training in this session MUST hold a current BNMAA licence. Contact Bob for further details.
Beginners or newcomers are welcome to come along and watch if desired, as are the parents of participating children. Students are advised to wear loose clothing, ie T shirt and jogging pants and soft trainers or bare feet.
COSTS:
Charges are £4.50 per hour, or £8.00 for the session (2 hours).
Black sash training is after sessions at no extra cost.
CONCESSIONARY RATES:
A reduction of £1 per session is available to any student on production of a current student union or enrolment card for any college/combined university in Cornwall.
SPECIAL NOTE:
There are no enrolment or membership fees. Students wishing to grade to second sash or belt must have a BNMAA licence for insurance purposes before the grading can be taken.
