Previous Seminars

Since 2005 workshops were held on a variety of techniques including:

Lau Gar Applications
Wing Chun Applications
Knife to Stick Defences
Knife to Takedowns
Grappling and Counters

Plus modifications for the ladies and students with different disabilities, not forgetting the enthusiastic beginners.

All seminars were well attended and students felt they learned simple and easily adaptable techniques and enjoyed themselves whilst learning.

New workshops will be available during the summer months of 2011
